WorldGeek

Why we built WorldGeek
There are a lot of geek-culture sites. Most are one of two things: a single-vertical outlet that’s great at exactly one thing, or a content mill chasing affiliate clicks with listicles a robot could have written. We wanted something else.
WorldGeek is built on a simple bet: that the modern enthusiast doesn’t live in one lane. You play games, you watch anime, you follow the MCU, you care about the hardware that runs it all — and you’d like one publication that covers all of it with the same seriousness, written by people who actually know the subject and will put their name on it.
That means cited sources, real bylines, honest reviews, and a hard line against the things that have rotted parts of this space: piracy, paid links dressed up as journalism, and AI-generated filler. It’s a slower way to build. It’s the only way we’re interested in.
This is a new publication finding its feet. We’ll get things wrong and fix them in the open. Thanks for being here early.
